Hi, I’m carli

People often ask me why I became a therapist, and the answer is pretty simple: I experienced firsthand how mental health can impact not just one person, but an entire family. Like many people, I found myself navigating challenges that eventually led me to my own therapy.

That experience changed the way I saw myself and the world around me. I wasn't just given a space to talk—I gained a better understanding of why I felt the way I did, how my brain was trying to protect me, and that I wasn't destined to stay stuck in old patterns. Learning that our brains can adapt, heal, and grow gave me a sense of hope and empowerment that has stayed with me ever since.

I've always been fascinated by how the brain works and the incredible ways we learn, adapt, and make sense of our experiences. Becoming a therapist felt like a natural way to combine that curiosity with my desire to help others. Today, I love helping individuals and couples better understand themselves, break free from patterns that no longer serve them, and build lives and relationships that feel more authentic and fulfilling.

My Approach

I don't believe therapy has to fit into one specific mold. Every person, every relationship, and every story is different, so our work together will be tailored to what you need—not a rigid approach or one-size-fits-all formula.

Whether you're coming to therapy on your own or with your partner, my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. We'll absolutely take the hard stuff seriously, but that doesn't mean every session has to feel heavy. I believe healing happens through honest conversations, practical tools, a little humor, and having someone in your corner who genuinely gets it and wants to see you succeed.

You know yourself better than anyone else. Together, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck, whether they're showing up in your relationships, communication, anxiety, self-confidence, life transitions, or the way you navigate everyday challenges. We'll work to better understand where those patterns come from, what they're trying to tell you, and how to create meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

My goal is for you to leave sessions with more than just feeling heard. I want you to leave with greater clarity, a sense of direction, and practical strategies you can actually use between sessions. Watching people and relationships grow is one of the reasons I love what I do, and I'd be honored to be part of your journey.

Whether you've been to therapy before or this is your first time, we'll work together to help you better understand what's going on and find a path forward.
